How to read this explorer
Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) provides an independently readable, ordered record of commitments. Sequence numbers show the order accepted on this topic, not a ranking or performance score. VERIFIED means the published commitment matches its independently read-back record. It does not mean a trade met its risk or timing rules: a verified record can honestly document a failed calibration.

Individual and batch commitments
An individual commitment anchors one material proof. A batch commitment anchors a root whose membership proofs can demonstrate inclusion. No batch root has yet been externally anchored.
